296 |  Secretary of Souls Explains Why Human Souls Must Stop Waiting for a Savior and Become Empowered Mystic Warriors

Chapter 1: The Secretary of Souls and Evan Discuss the Five Assumptions of Soul Evolution

As the Secretary of Souls and Evan discuss the five assumptions of soul evolution, the broader mission to awaken mystic warriors finally begins. The Secretary of Souls—SOS—stands at the front of the briefing room, a simple list glowing behind her on a digital wall.

“Before we go any further,” she says, “here are my starting assumptions. You’re free to argue with them. But I don’t change them lightly.”

She reads them off, slowly and clearly:

1. The human body is a temporary vehicle for our evolving souls.

2. The soul evolves through inspiration, observation, and experience.

3. Blind belief is a placeholder for unrealized Truth. Some cosmic Truth is unknowable at lower levels of evolution. As souls grow, more Truth becomes self‑evident.

4. Souls self‑evolve to become more like their Creator.

5. To become like our Creator is to understand the same Truth and to embody the same wisdom, virtues, goals, and powers.

The room is silent for a heartbeat.

Then Evan speaks.

“You’re never going to get everyone to agree with your basic premise,” he says.

SOS smiles faintly.

“True,” she answers. “But the more evolved souls tend to see the same patterns. They recognize the same cosmic Truth from the inside out.

“I’m not here to force belief. My goal is to recruit and assist the souls who are embodied right now—especially in America—to become motivated, empowered mystic warriors. Now. Not someday.”

Evan studies the list.

He has other questions.

Chapter 2: Evan and the Secretary of Souls Discuss Why Believers Wait for the Savior Instead of Developing Mystic Powers

As Evan and the Secretary of Souls discuss why believers wait for the Savior instead of developing mystic powers, the conversation shifts from afterlife hypotheticals to present earthly responsibilities. “What happens after we die?” Evan asks. “In the afterlife, I mean. If you’re building a whole system, shouldn’t you talk about that?”

SOS shakes her head.

“That,” she says, “is not my main concern.

“I think becoming a spiritual warrior now helps you merit the best afterlife option. But if I open that door, everyone divides into camps and argues nonstop. Heaven structures. Hell theories. Reincarnation charts.

“My work is about what you do while you’re breathing. The rest will sort itself out based on who you become.”

Evan nods slowly.

“Another question,” he says. “If you push people to become wise, virtuous, and empowered, does that discourage our ‘big older Brother’—the Savior—from returning?”

“Some people are afraid of that,” SOS admits. “They think if ordinary souls become too much like the Savior—prophesying, casting out demons, working miracles—He’ll be jealous. They’re scared they’ll hurt His feelings by not leaving everything to Him.”

Evan can’t help it; he laughs.

“That’s ridiculous,” he says. “The Savior isn’t a selfish show‑off. He said the next time we see Him, we’ll be like Him.

“He came to show us how to become powerful mystic warriors ourselves. Honestly? I think His feelings are hurt, but because so few of us even want to become like Him.”

SOS nods.

“Half of mankind,” she says, “is waiting for a socialist Savior to erase their debts, hand out superpowers, and fix all their problems single‑handedly.

“The other half sinks into hopelessness and depression because they feel too weak to fight the spreading darkness.

“We can’t keep waiting on a Redeemer ‘on vacation.’ Souls were given authority to take dominion over the Earth. Instead, they’ve allowed Dark Forces to multiply.

“There is a third option: souls evolve to become like the Savior. They stop being long‑suffering spectators and start being active warriors.

“Every divine soul has the potential—if they engage their disciplined willpower and develop their mystic senses and powers.”

Evan leans back.

“Most Believers,” he says, “are waiting for someone else to remove all evil—while they keep unknowingly aligning with it.

“They assume that once evil is magically gone, they’ll suddenly have superpowers and unlimited free will to do whatever they want forever.”

SOS looks at him.

“How is that supposed to work?” she asks.

Evan answers slowly, exposing the logic he’s heard his whole life.

“If there’s no evil,” he says, “then every choice is safe. There’s no such thing as a wrong decision. Believers think everyone will naturally be ‘goodish’ all the time.

“So they don’t feel any need to develop their own mystic potential. Everything will be handed to them on a silver platter.”

SOS raises an eyebrow.

“Any of them bother to fact‑check that?” she asks. “It sounds too easy. Where’s the catch?”

Evan’s mouth tightens.

“The whole arrangement is based on blind faith,” he says. “If you start asking detailed questions, you’re told you’re ‘voiding the contract.’ The fine print hasn’t been disclosed.”

“Why do so many assume it’s the only viable option?” SOS asks.

“They’ve been convinced of that since childhood,” Evan replies. “Anyone who doesn’t sign those terms is labeled a rebellious infidel and swept away with all the ‘evil ones.’”

SOS gives a dry little laugh.

“Great sales pitch,” she says. “Believers get everything for free. Non‑believers lose everything—socialism of the soul.

“How much longer are they supposed to wait in long‑suffering?”

“So far?” Evan says. “About two thousand years.

“One of the last things the Savior said was that souls should do all the mystic works He did—and greater. Maybe he’s waiting for that.

“For souls to grow into His likeness. To make prophecies. Cast out demons. Work greater miracles.

“I’d bet that’s buried in the undisclosed fine print.”

SOS nods slowly.

“So we have a stalemate,” she says. “Souls waiting on the Savior. The Savior is waiting for souls.

“Who breaks first?”

Evan doesn’t hesitate.

“Not the Savior,” he says. “He can’t just rip all darkness away while almost everyone on the planet is tied into it. There’d be nothing left.

“The only real solution is for souls to develop their divine potential now and become like Him.

“Only those who reach the image and likeness of the Creator could be trusted with creative free‑will power in Heaven—no matter what they happen to believe.”

The room is quiet.

Everyone hears the implication:

Waiting is not neutral anymore.

Chapter 3: Evan Explains How Tempters Keep Believers Waiting and Suffering

While exploring the transition from passive faith to active empowerment, Evan explains how Tempters keep believers waiting and suffering by encouraging endless patience. SOS paces slowly, then turns back.

“What would convince Believers to become Evolvers?” she asks. “Do they have to hit rock bottom emotionally?”

Evan thinks.

“Maybe,” he says. “But a lot of people become Believers because they already hit that bottom. Despair is what pushed them there.”

“Could we bribe them with gifts and treasures?” SOS asks.

“Their current plan already promises a mansion and infinite abundance,” Evan answers.

“Magic powers, then?” SOS suggests.

“Believers expect to be instantly made perfect and permanently happy,” Evan says. “You can’t outbid instant perfection.”

“Warnings of punishment and torture?” SOS tests.

“Their program includes complete forgiveness and eternal escape from suffering,” Evan says. “At least for them.”

“Threatening their children?” SOS asks quietly.

Evan pauses.

“That might reach them,” he admits. “Especially if they’re promised a safer future for their kids. Believers are used to suffering themselves—but they want to spare their children.”

SOS looks thoughtful.

“Do you think their Savior contracts are voided,” she asks, “if they become independent, empowered mystic warriors?”

Evan shakes his head.

“In Truth, no,” he says. “But they might have been convinced they must stay passive spectators to receive all the gifts.

“Opposing the Creator’s ‘hired’ Tempters is seen as outside their main mission. Their job is to convert non‑believers into Believers, not confront evil. Fighting back might feel like a conflict of interest.

“Most Believers think the Tempters were hired to test miserable, worthless souls’ blind faith. Once the test is over, those Tempters will be disposed of.”

SOS leans forward.

“Do the Tempters know that’s their supposed fate?” she asks.

Evan gives a grim half‑smile.

“The Savior’s agenda is widely published,” he says. “They can read.

“That’s exactly why they’re doing everything they can to delay His return. They’ve convinced Believers that their own actions don’t matter—that only the Savior’s calendar counts.”

“Clever,” SOS says. “The Tempters freeze the stalemate. Souls wait on the Savior. The Savior waits on the souls.”

Evan nods.

“The Tempters keep telling souls to be long‑suffering,” he says. “In the meantime, they feed off Believers’ pain. As long as the return is delayed, the feast continues.”

“Why would the Savior want souls to suffer?” SOS asks softly. “Do Believers realize the Tempters are interfering with His return?”

“Of course not,” Evan answers. “If they did, they might actually be motivated to resist.”

A new tension fills the room.

A secret has just been spoken out loud:

The “waiting game” isn’t harmless.

It’s organized.

And weaponized.

Chapter 4: The Secretary of Souls Explains Soulless Humans and Fallen Angels Before Deciding to Build a Public Website

Recognizing the varying spiritual capacities across humanity, the Secretary of Souls explains soulless humans and fallen angels before deciding to build a public website to safely share their message. SOS glances at a different set of notes.

“I expect protests,” she says, “from many humans who lack divine souls.

“It’s not my job to decide who has a divine soul and who has an imitation AI consciousness.

“Some people may not be capable of connecting to an inner Conscience or divine being. They will insist nothing exists beyond the physical. They are blind to what animates a true soul.

“And soulless ones cannot understand the nature of humans with souls.”

Evan frowns.

“I bet the soulless ones aren’t waiting for any Savior,” he says. “They probably fall into your second group—feeling powerless against unseen forces they can’t name.

“They must feel constantly frustrated, because they can’t locate their oppressors. What would get them interested in becoming spiritual warriors?”

“Many still want to protect themselves and their children,” SOS replies. “Some want to make Earth a better home for future generations.

“Those without souls, however, must earn one before they can develop mystic powers.”

Evan gives a low whistle.

“I’d guess that doesn’t happen often,” he says.

“Other human bodies,” SOS continues, “are inhabited by fallen angels, Watchers, Nephilim, or demonic beings.

“These will fight against everything I say or do. Viciously.”

“I’d guess nothing tempts them to be virtuous,” Evan says.

“Not voluntarily,” SOS agrees.

She hesitates, then reveals another plan.

“I’m considering a national database,” she says. “Souls could register and declare their intention to become mystic warriors. Then I’d know who to contact.”

Evan’s reaction is immediate.

“I’d advise against that,” he says. “We’ve already established 80% of the population will oppose you.

“If you build a Warriors list, someone will hack it. Publish it. Target it.

“Better: post information on an open website. Set up a continuous group chat, so people can argue, question, and explore.

“Stay broad. Point out problems and possible solutions. Leave detailed training to the few groups already teaching mystic warriors.

“Link to places like Christian Evolvers, Buddhist Evolvers, others. Share basic lists: the nature of the soul, what harms it, what helps it.”

SOS lets out a long breath.

“This,” she says at last, “is not going to be an easy job.”

She looks around the room.

Some faces are skeptical.

Some are scared.

A few—a very few—are awake with a fierce new light.

Those are the ones she’s talking to.

Those are the ones the Tempters fear.

Those are the ones who have to decide:

Stay Believers.

Or become Evolvers.

Either way, the clock is still ticking.

Chapter Synopsis

Following a massive global geological crisis—culminating in the drilling of the Mariana Trench ("Project Prometheus") and the creation of an obsidian continent named Prometheia—an AI President announces the appointment of a Federal Secretary of Souls (SOS). In a televised national assembly, SOS issues an executive order declaring spiritual warfare against invisible astral enemies and introducing a federal agency dedicated to protecting and increasing U.S. citizens' soul health, wealth, and power. Throughout the assembly, students—including Evan, Abby, Diesel, and Rev—debate the reality of soul enemies, the illusion of grace-based instant salvation, the flaws of blind belief, and what it truly means to graduate from Soul School rather than remain passive spectators.

Core Themes & Laws

• The Federal Regulation of Spiritual Security: Establishing that physical threats and societal corruption stem from non-physical astral enemies, requiring citizens to actively participate in Soul School and develop mystical defenses rather than rely on passive beliefs.

• The Critique of Grace-Based Salvation: Challenging the notion that a Savior automatically carries all penalties or grants an unearned "get-out-of-jail-free" card, emphasizing that a soul's character, virtues, and spiritual bank account cannot be bypassed by blind faith.

• Cosmic Economics and Soul Wealth: Demonstrating that a soul's creations, books, media, and moral choices continue to pay into or subtract from its mystic bank account long after physical death.

• The Urgency of the Golden Age: Recognizing that humanity is at a critical crossroads where over 95% of the population has been subtly influenced by negative astral forces, requiring teenagers to step up as mystic warriors to build a Golden Age.

Key Entities Featured in this Document

• The AI President & Secretary of Souls (SOS): Federal authorities who issue executive orders against astral enemies and establish the Department of Soul Health, Wealth & Power to prepare citizens for the spiritual realities of the post-crisis world.

• Evan: A student who champions active soul evolution, spiritual awareness, and the responsibility of mastering cosmic laws and virtues over passive belief.

• Abby: A student clinging to grace-based dogma, blind belief, and the comforting illusion of an instant, unvetted afterlife ticket provided by an external Savior.

• Diesel and Rev: Classmates who offer materialist skepticism, cynicism, and nihilistic observations on human nature, government overreach, and the plausibility of an afterlife.
